# pt oil filter, on 57 335 Utility, Teleflow

I pulled the Hydraulic oil filter off, to change it, and found a Napa 3110 filter in the canister. Went to Napa, to order one, and was told that a Napa 3110, was for gasoline, and not what I should have in there. They could not find a replacement number. What belongs in there? Also the screen that encloses the filter was wrecked, and cannot find info for another one. Welters cannot furnish a new screen. Any one know if the screen is a must have?

The screen is a pre filter filter and was most likely wrecked because they didn't have it put in correctly when they re installed the replacement filter. Also your NAPA man doesn't always know everything nor I for that matter. But here is a link to the WIX site which clearly says that is the correct filter.

I used a WIX 33110 on my 4 Star. WIX makes NAPA filters and 3110 is the NAPA number. The box mine came in was marked as a fuel filter, it has worked as it should.

Right on! I have used the same one in all my tractors with tele o flow filters on them like that.
