175 hydraulics

My 175 had the aux pump for the multipower and remotes. They both went out same time so the owner of a few years back removed the multipower and just left the remote valve hanging. After I bought it I checked pressure in the valve and about 200 lbs is all it will make. My question is, can I just remove the valve and loop a line there by the pto? I thought I would just put a switch valve on it for the main pump since I won't need remotes much.

Kind of wish I had that pump replaced in it, but would not be as simple as changing the main pump, or does not look like it in the manual.

To get to either the main or auxiliary pump, lift cover must come off and a split done at the trans/diff joint as pumps must come out the front of the diff case..

How much auxiliary pressure would one hope for off the remotes?
How did you check remote pressure? Where would you place the gauge. Would remote pressure be the same psi at multi-power as well if you have a separate aux pump?

Intrigued sorry. 175 owner.

I plug a gauge into the service connectors. My 3930 will hit about 2500 lbs idling. Some will have more and less, but 200 won't pick up anything, just move a cylinder in or out if not on an implement. Now I guess there could be a possibility of the remote valve being bad, but seems unlikely.
