Mf-65 leak

Looks like hydraulic fluid leaking around the round part in the picture below? What is this part-it has a round soft like material above the nut?

I don't know that tractor as such but to me it looks like the breather. All systems like that have to have a way to breath or you would get a build up of pressure which could cause bad things to happen

That's your safety switch that's not wired. Rubber boot cover. It keeps tractor from starting in gear. You may have oil from your steering sector.Gaskets are not available for sector.

I agree with old.....breather vent, normal to see a little oil there.

Since we have some controversy going here, I vote neutral safety switch. Not sure what is screwed in there now, but I bet when new it was a switch.

The transmission breather location (original) was under the seat.

It the neutral safety switch, the high, and low range gear selector has to be in S (neutral/start) position.
