Wife's friend has a deere 2510 that the clutch is out and can't find parts,that is all i know about it as to exactly what parts are needed or just a new clutch. I can hardly believe parts are not available somewhere---location in central Minnesota. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance, Gary.

Go to https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc/, look up the clutch and print the parts drawing and parts list and take the copies to the folks doing the clutch and have them note what is needed and post that info back here.

So I think mine was an 11 inch facing with a 9.5 inch pto facing but MEASURE. Yesterdays tractor should have the discs you need or ASAP. I purchased springs from Deere it was just easier to find the right ones and they are a couple bucks a piece. Resurfaced flywheel and I did the somewhat questionable thing of having the machine shop slightly go over the pressure plate as well. I figured a couple of thousandths wouldnt hurt it any since it wasnt going to be hooked to a plow and should be nice and tight with new springs. The adjustment tool is jde 51 I believe it is different than 4020 3020. The one I had was done during nnalert and thats pretty much what I had to do no pressure plate assembly. I had hoped by now some of that had been sorted out. Its a beautiful little tractor imo Id be shocked if those parts arent available even if the entire pressure plate assembly is not available ready to throw in so to speak

Which clutch? It looks like a 2510 could have engine, transmission, PTO and differential clutches. It is possible there could be hard parts in one of those that are no longer available, and he will have to try to find good used parts.

A 2510 clutch and pressure plate assembly is a little different than the 3010-3020. I am a dealer for Ag Parts Ltd and they have complete assemblies listed but often not in stock. They make you send in your old stuff and they rebuild it. On the top plate the holes for the fingers can wear and they often are not reusable and cost over $700 a few years ago. YT is owned buy All States AG Parts and they should have everything you need. Tom
