41 H rear rim replacement

I ordered a new blank rim (8-32) rom Steiner. Ive got to get this hub off the old rim and welded to new. What are these round heads I see in picture. I dont see them protruding through rim. If they did, they would be about where you see blue tape?

Rivet heads. The center is riveted to the rim.

Heat the rim red hot and take a punch and punch them out. They are not that hard to get out.

You could take a 4.5 inch hand-held grinder with a cut-off disk and take the tops of the rivet off. You'll
need it to remove the weld there anyway.

Where do I get replacement rivots?
