John Deere straight disk

We converted an old John Deere straight disk into a clod crimbler to pull behind our chisel in the hard clay ground we have. But some of the wood block bearings have gone bad, does anyone know what model it may be so we can see if Deere may still make the bearings?

for some reason I can't get my pictures to upload, the disk is 21 feet with the wings folded out

A couple of years ago I, for some reason, checked on those wooden bearings, and there were some located at a JD dealer in Oklahoma. The 21' model S JD disk that my father had previously owned (now belongs to my brother) is sitting along side the road in an equipment/hay lot about a quarter of a mile from here. I probably disked thousands of acres with that disk when I was still home behind a JD D tractor, usually the first time over plowed ground. Sometimes, depending on the conditions, we "double disked" with it which means you overlapped a half disk width each round. That's all I remember
