Seat Identification

Hello,

I'm in the process of doing some seat & suspension repairs on our 4020 & am having a little trouble identifying the seat assy. as it was not a factory option.

Can anyone provide an application & MY for this particular seat for parts ordering purposes? I'd like to repair / replace it with the same as it was definitely nicer to sit in than the factory 4020 seats.....

Thanks in advance!

Combine? (Later 7700, as an example.)

Also, didn't DEERE list upgrade seats similar to that in the parts flyers they'd mail out?

Could be right Bob,

The fellow we bought the tractor from had installed the seat so I'm not sure?

Could it have came from a 30(or possibly 40) series tractor? I'm not that familiar with those machines but I thought they had those styles of seats.....

Certainly could be, the mounting bolt pattern looked odd to me, that's whey I thought combine. But it's a long time since I've had an upside-down view of a tractor seat to remember the bolt pattern used there.

Thanks for the info. gents!

Looking back & forth between a few jobber parts sites that show pictures of the mounting surfaces & the JD parts catalog it looks like the back cushion is an AR71107 & the bottom cushion in an AR76515. The style of seat being referred to as a "Personal Posture Seat" fitting applications such as the 4440, 4450, & 7700......

I appreciate the direction. Should be able to get some parts ordered now!
