4430 AC kit

The compressor finally went out on our 4430 yesterday. Can anyone tell be the best place to get a R134 A kit that contains a new compressor,
lines, expansion valve and dryer? I typically give higher consideration to performance over price so I don't mind spending a little extra for
quality. I think I remember Tim S posting a few days ago that he gets his AC parts from one source.

Looks like there's three options. 1) A6 compressor which appears to be close to OEM. 2) Sanden and 3) Delco A6. Any suggestions on which
gives the best cooling performance and has good durability?

Sanden is the better choice and get the kit, it will contain all you need to replace the old GM style compressor, along with Hi& Low switches to protect the system, it will use original hoses,,you can also get a "complete" line kit for a fraction of the Price of Deere, I would suggest replacing "All" lines and pipes to ensure it will be leak free. You will need to get the kit from a AP Air dealer,, I have a dealer ship but I have not shipped them to any one yet,,I just use what I get here..AP Air has quality parts and I think they supply Deere with parts..

Thanks to everyone who replied with advice. I'll call AP tomorrow and locate the nearest dealer to me. I plan to replace all the lines at the same time and want this to be as much of a "one time and done" repair as possible. I despise having to revisit the same repair multiple times before getting it right. I plan on doing the physical swap out of the AC components myself and having a local shop pull a vacuum and charge the system. Any tips or words of caution? The refrigerant in the current system has completely leaked out due to the compressor failure so I don't think there'll be any need in refrigerant evacuation..

I know this is an old post, but............

I am curious if anyone besides tim(no disrespect) was able to buy from AP, most of us are not shops with a lot of inventory going thru. just home shops fixing our own stuff, I have a 4430 with the 134 conversion hoses, I would like to convert to the sanden comp I think AP's number is 990-403K, not sure, but I have looked and can,t find a source other than ebay $487 with shipping.
