4020 Load Shaft Bushings and Seals

Going to replace the bushings and seals on my early 4020 Diesel. Trying to look up the part numbers at Deere and Im looking at two different diagrams and they aren't matching up.I plan on putting in a new
shaft so I don't have to use an oversized bushing so I think the bushing number is R26505 but they it says it subs to R221297 would that be right for a new shaft? Also on one diagram it lists the seal as
R48682 and in the other diagram it is AR26414 and the parts look different. Just trying to get the right parts so I have them when I go to do it. Thanks for the help.

Alright will do. Does the shaft drive right out? Then I need a rod smaller than the shaft to drive the bushings out from each side correct?

Yes, the shaft will drive out after removing the retainers. Place load selector in "D" before removing shaft. Square up the end of the old shaft and use it to drive out the bushings.

Oversized bushing means OD. Has nothing to do with shaft.
Was for when hole in case had to be reclaimed.
I think seals no longer come with washer is part number difference.
Also you should measure clearance between yoke and case before
removing shaft. There are washers to compensate for wear.
You might need to replace yoke bushings also.

as texas jim & ejr-Ia said get shaft & seals from boling machine. com they are twice as good had a set in both my 4020 s for about 10yrs. now no problems. also make EXTRA sure you put the load control lever in the D position or you will have problems.
