1941 John Deere BR

Recently I was asked by a guy down the street from my house If I would be interested in buying his 41 jd br. Being a farmall guy I really don"t know a lot about the BR. This tractor did run when it was parked 7 to 8 years ago. He took the gas tank off to clean the rust out and never put it back on. Rear tires are flat and missing the fenders. It has spoke rear wheels and isn"t in to bad of shape. Didn"t look to see if the engine was stuck. Since there where only 6400 made, do you think this is a tractor I shouldn"t let slip though my fingers?

They were all running when parked. What's that worth? Still takes a lot of money to get them going. Your wife had better really be interested.

The BR's do bring more then your average JD.
