Ford 1953 Jubilee Hydraulic issue

FO-19. So the issue is lately the 3pt will rise slowly and when it reaches say 100% of lift it gives out and drops to about 50%, I was just maby looking for a direction and what to look for before I dive in thanks any information will be

I forgot to add it drops under load say while the backblade is attached it won't fall without a load or only a person standing on it and also I have a pisont style hydraulic pump thanks
