Ford 540A questions

Questions a friend asked me about his 'new' Ford industrial 540A...I'm a John Deere guy so I refer to the hive mind at the Ford forum

First question is transmission fluid...I told him "probably Ford 134 spec hydraulic/transmission oil"...but I'll ask 'cause I'm not certain...What oil for a 540A transmission?

Do these industrial tractors have a two reservoir transmission/rear axel?....as in It has a dip-stick in front of the gear shift levers and a fill plug. Also looks like a level check plug a bit further back on the trans-case(right side)...has fill plugs on top differential housing too.

What oil and approximate capacity for the loader frame reservoir?

Oh..and thanks for the CAV pump bleeding info in my previous topic. It didn't take too much effort to get it fired-up...I still had to pressure-up the fuel tank to get it too catch.

Ford 134 spec hydraulic/transmission oil goes in everything including the power steering.Transmission oil case is separate from the rear
end. There were 3 different transmissions used, two PTO styles, He really needs to invest in a owners manual to know what all to grease and keep up with. He has a very nice HD tractor!

Oh...Forgot to ask...this industrial Ford has a old-style manual grease cup sticking out the right side clutch housing...I would presume that greases the throw-out bearing huh??

And thanks for the info!
