One of the connecting rod bushings in my ford 3000 diesel is loose enough to spin in the connecting rod. When I pulled the piston pin, I noticed that the oil holes weren't lined up. Is there an easy fix or should I just replace the bushing? Other than spinning, it looks fine.

If you are talking about the bearing that goes around the crankshaft
and it is spinning, you need to have the rod resized. Or get a new
one. Bearing should Not spin in the crank end of rod.

You cannot replace the wrist pin bushing unless you have a rod bushing hone to resize the
new bushing. If it has turned enough, the rod end may be worn oversize. You may have to
replace the rod. All the rods need to be taken to a machine shop and have them
reconditioned.

I ran across a few loose wrist pin bushing over the years, every time I had one the rod end was out of round and couldn't be resized because as far as I know no one makes a over sized bushing.
You'll most likely need to replace that rod.
