Is this possible? The left front tire is about 1/4 inch or less from rubbing against the arm spindle

'Ya bent a what? Say it faster now. Your tractor is suffering from Bentawhat. Easily curable when you locate what, as in,
What fer bent it?
Here's an idea. Whatever you did to bend it, do it in reverse and opposite. Bet it comes out looking not quite so Bentawhat.
Then it might only be Dinked.

Is this something that just happened or always been that way?
A few possibilities, a different wheel or wider tire than on the right side.
Bent spindle (but they usually break, not bend).
Failed wheel bearings.
Loose lug bolts or wallowed holes.

MF35 wheel bearings instead of TEA20 ones fitted on
one side .
