Next up is digging my Jerusalem artichokes using a 1 row subsoiler with shovel. I am not worried about power, but worried more about power if I drop that thing as deep as it needs to be to dig up the chokes.

We often drive down to Springfield, MO in mid March for our son's birthday. It seems about everybody in Missouri is burning a brush pile in March. Looks like you are getting started. :)

I live on 2 acres. Other acreages around. I drag the stuff to my pond. I have to wait sometimes 2 year for the conditions to be right before I risk a burn. 1. No wind. 2. Snow cover. 3. pond dry enough to drag the brush in. It ain't happening this year, unless we get another snow.
