How many high gear options could a person get in a VAC? Mine scoots down the road at 17+ mph. Not sure of the rpm, but it's not over revving.

That would be moving right along for a older tractor! Nice looking chevy in the back ground. I bet it goes a lot faster then 17mph!

High speed gearing was a option on the VAI's I see no reason it would not have been offered in the VAC's as well, my 1946 VAI will run 20 mph I was told but have not had someone follow me to check its speed yet,, I do know it flat out Hauls Butt,,

(quoted from post at 16:53:48 09/23/18) Bro, just use your "smart phone to clock your speed . I used my Garmin to clock the speed of my 431T.

eah, I use an app called "digi-hud" (Heads Up Display) for Android. Simple, free, and has a high-contrast mode that makes it easy to read in sunlight. I often need to check top speed on golf carts, and like old tractors they have no speedo. Never checked my 611-B-H 'cuz it goes faster than I want to. IIRC the book says 23 but I'm not going to find out for sure.

Well it's not easy to use an onscreen keyboard that's only about 2" wide. If I must text (prefer e-mail or forums) I have a little folding keyboard for it.

Mine has a 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 screen a G7 active or something like that I never thought I would buy two 800 plus phones but my wife changed my mind lol
