Is the piece of tin under the gas tank, which is the tool box the same on the B and C
tractors?

Recently tried to swap a C toolbox onto a B. Cutout for the steering box is different, and I believe a few of the mounting holes in that area were different also. Could be made to work if you want to do some sawzall work and not concerned with being original. I believe the curve under the tank is the same, but I didn't get that far.

I ended up just repairing the rust spots on the B sheet metal.

There is a difference depending on whether the tractor has a Gemmer or Ross steering gear.
