AC 706B Forklift Data

I just bought a 706 forklift and would like to know more about it. I want to work on cleaning out some of my sons two cylinder parts tractors and I wanted a bigger lift. I haven't been able to find data like hp, weight, years built ect. I am also looking for a owners manual or shop manual. I have found some on ebay but wondering if anyone has any manuals they want to sell.

Looking at your data tag, I thought it was a series D. But my book doesn't show any later than a series C. So, must be you have a series B, with a diesel engine? Built 1976-77. Perkins 4.203 engine. 6000# lift capacity. Weight shown as 6-7 tons. That's all I've got.
 
Engine gas or diesel was Perkins. Transmission and drive axle was purchased from a supplier. About the only thing A-C was the frame and probably the mast. Everything else was from someone else. The "D" series used the A-C 4-cylinder turbo engine from a 6060/6080 tractor or F-2/F-3 combine.
 
Galen I cant answer the questions but the JD dealer here had 1 for many years. had 2 others of a different brand. the AC was the "go to" forklift. the guys and gal liked running it over the newer ones.
